wellbeing podcasts

Podcasts are MP3 files you can download & listen to in your own time.

The purpose of this page is to open the door to a world of podcasts which can be powerful tools in aiding quiet personal reflection and thus the balancing of our lives. They can aid in stress reduction, personal growth and the acquisition of spiritual calm.

Here is a selection for you to download (links open in a new tab/window):

Meditation

The Meditation Society (http://meditation.org.au/index.asp) offers a series of  podcast 'classes' for those who are interested in learning how to meditate and appreciate its benefits.

The Wellbeing Team bring to your attention several podcast classes which come later in the series of meditations and deal with emotions which often cause anguish, and if not managed can be quite destructive.

Guilt (25 min mp3, 11.7 Mb)
Anger (14 min mp3, 6.7 Mb)
Fear (18 min mp3, 8.4 Mb)

Of course, in order to get the most out of the classes, it would be best to start at the beginning where more positive aspects of our existence, our daily life, our spirituality, are reflected upon (http://meditation.org.au/class1.asp).
