College Prayer
Loving God,
we at Catholic College Bendigo
believe that life is your gift to us,
and that
every person is worthy of our greatest
respect, care and support.
May the spirit of Marcellin and
Catherine inspire us
to live the Good News, the Gospel
message of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Students are taught this prayer in their first days at Catholic College Bendigo and it forms the basis of our prayer life at most events and occasions. The prayer notes our interdependence as a community and calls for us to promote and enact basic Christian values in every interaction. Recalling our heritage, the prayer also impels us to journey together as we strive towards “living the Good News” in all that we do.
